I fell asleep yesterday and missed the usual time I take my pill so ended up taking it at 2:30pm which then caused me to have really bad dreams/panic attacks last night.
Would it be ok to take at my normal time today at 11am or would I have too much in my system? I’m taking 10mg

hi, i take mine at 11pm every night (20)mg, i couldn’t remember taking mine monday night so i was worried all day, i felt normal, more awake though, it reacts differently for everyone, but will settle again, just take at same time. 10mg is not considered a high dose.
Hi Vf1985.that is not a problem ,you can still take it at your usual time as well ,you will not have any problems because of taken it at different times,.
