Trapped air in stomach and anxiety

I just woke up and my stomach feels like it is full of air and I feel as if I can't breathe, I have been doing well with my anxiety and now all the sudden it has flared up, I'm scared something bad is going to happen, could this be anxiety or something else

Hold on.  Nobody died because their stomach was full of air.  You think you can't breath, but you can.  For what wver reason, you gave yourself anxiety.  Maybe you first noticed you stomach was full, and you told yourself oh no what is wrong. I am scared.  Just by telling yourself that you set yourself up for anxiety.  Now you have to bring yourself out of it.  Well to that you have to think differently.  Remember nobody died of having a full stomach of air,  You probably need to fart or go have a BM.  Now for your body:  You cannot be relaxed and have anxiety at the same time.  So work on relaxing.  Take a deep breath hold it for the count of four and slowly release it.  Do that at least three times.  Do it through out the day - for practice, and  it is healthy to do.  Then do some relaxation exercises:  Lay or sit and start with your toes and tense them up while counting to 5 while breathing in, then slowly release your breath and your toes, keep doing this to you get to the top of your head...Even do your eyes, squench them up, and relax those lids.  By this time you will feel nice and relax.  Anytime , your anxiety flares up, do this.  Another way is to refocus your mind:  and you can do that by 1.  counting 5 things you SEE.  2.  TOUCH five things (describe them.  It is hot, cold soft, smooth, etc), 3.   Find 5 things to HEAR.  4..  Find something to SMELL.  (your wrist for cologne, pillow, drink, anything, Then 5.  TASTE something. By using all your senses, you will have refocus.  If still feeling anxious, do it again.

Listen to above, it's good advice. You feel like you can't breathe because you're having an anxiety, it's highly unlikely to be related to the feeling in your stomach.

Sounds like you're just bloated or have trapped wind, nothing sinister. Try the above, get a Tum Tum or Rennie type based relief if needed as per dosage instructions and try to calm yourself.
