hello was just wondering if anyone was dealing with this aswell ive been struggling with acid reflux badly for years and now im suffering with a trapped burp in my throat? its always there and wont go away! ive tried slippery elm and all that stuff that helps Im consantly belching with no relief its ruining my life i cant deal with this its so awful ive told the doctors and they are no help... i really dont know what to do at this point. lauren

I have this problem nearly every day. I’ve found the only thing that helps me is to cut out bread, potatoes and pasta, also to have smaller meals and eat slowly.

You’re welcome. We are all different of course, but I find I have this problem the most after a big meal.

Sometimes I wonder about a hiatus hernia as that pushes the stomach up.
