hi i have to travel urgency at may 7 weeks after hip replacement, everyone lese have done this?
basicly i am not limping and can do everithing.
For the other hand iam 38 year old in good health , never got
swallen , or anithing ,,, i stop using the inyection and everithing already, any advice

Ho and what distance are you travelling ?
Advice I have read in regard to travel is short haul flights about 6 weeks and long haul about 3 months, but if fully aware of DVT issues then take and use the precautions such as stretching, socks, even an aspirin (but woud seek medic advice). If by vehicle then take a soft cushion in case of road bumps might cause some issues on muscles on ones rear but if still do stretch exercises enroute (If driving possible extra stop if muscles tighten) you will be ok.

You need to check with your travel insurance I was told not insured before three months because of risks...also risk of DVT..... I still wore the awful flight socks for a short flight after 6 months!
