I am 74, diagnosed with SS five years ago. The diagnosis answered several questions on existing health problems. Now I am having a ford up, likely because of stress. Already taking pregabalin for joint pain, and now given Sertraline 50mg for GAD. Waking daily at about 4.00 or 5.00 am & not getting back to sleep. So yesterday switched taking pill from evening, to morning. Still woke up dead early and not slept again.
Does anyone have this trouble? I know it takes about three weeks for any benefit to be felt. Thanks
Hi...sorry can't help with this hope someone else can. Just wanted to offer a word of support. Had the same thing with a med I was taking and it is horrible. Sleepless nights make you feel worse. If it doesn't improve maybe change meds. X
i have to take medicine for sleep: ambien, elavil and lorezapan. i am tired on been always sick. i had been seeking in finish with all.
I haven't heard or had any of those. I once used to take herbal over the counter sleep aid tablets but they can't/ shouldn't be taken with my other meds. Which is a shame, as they worked quite well. Hope you get sorted very soon.
