ive been severely depressed for the past 18 months. also have awful anxiety. have been on every med and med combo from A to Z. with. no. relief. i have treatment resistant depression. anyone else suffering from this condition? all input welcome and appreciated. peace and blessings to us all. anna.

I am so sorry to hear that. I have the same problem as well.
Do you have ADHD? get irritated easily? Have back problems? Anhedonia? Physically exhausted? Problems with higher order thinking? Very inconsistent in life? Etc.….
Here is a link to the site that SAVED my life. It may not be your problem, but anything is worth looking at. I have way too high levels of acetylcholine which makes me extremely resistant to medicine, so Iven had to change my diet to avoid foods with choline in it.
My heart truly goes out to you because I know how you feel as far as medicine resistance goes. I know it may be hard but researching on depression and anxiety.
