Tremors in the chest

For the past 3 months I've been having weird feelings in my chest area. Sometimes it's as if my chest shakes for a few seconds and my heart /pulse skip beats. I did 2 ecg and they are normal. My doctor thinks its associated with anxiety/stress. Does anyone else have these symptoms?

Are you worried it might be because of something else than anxiety/stress? Tremors is a very common anxiety symptom and occurs in nearly every type of anxiety disorder. It may occur even in those without an anxiety disorder. It's good you went to your doctor to get it checked out and I'm sure he's good or else he wouldn't get that job, believe him. I know it's hard, it's worrying and hard to believe it's caused by anxiety/stress when you have anxiety because your mind thinks the worst possible. It's also possible that the more act of thinking of tremors can actually cause tremors. Try to relax the best you can, distract yourself from it. Listen to music with a lot of bass. That's what I do when I experience it. Your doctor thinks it's because of anxiety/stress? Maybe you should take more tests to be sure it's because of anxiety/stress. Hopefully it's nothing psychically serious.

Good day xx

Thank you. I will try not to think too much about it. I have also had other symptoms of anxiety and has been on meds. I've had sleeplessness, difficulty breathing, pain in my neck, weakness and just a feeling of being sick. I've had several test done and they turned out ok
