Won my Tribunal for ESA. It's been 3 weeks so far and still not received any back pay money.. How long does it take to receive ESA after winning it

Great news on your Tribunal win. The DWP have the same chance as we do to appeal the decision. To do this they must first ask for the Statement Of Reasons and they have 28 days to do this. They then must find an error in law in making the decision. There's no time scales to receiving any back pay unfortunately.
Which group were you put into? If it was the WRAG when did you first apply for ESA?
