Triggers?

I have PVC's, and have gone through all the testing with no heart issues, so they're considered benign. They're worse in the afternoon/evening. I've followed the standard advice of cutting out alcohol and caffeine, with no real change. My cardiologist mentioned "faulty wiring". I have trouble with this as the PVCs come and go, sometimes with many months in between. So, I keep looking for triggers. For instance, I just read CoQ10 can be an arrhythmia trigger, so can fish oil - I was taking both. I stopped and the severity/freq. seemed to diminish (but I still have PVCs). So, I'm constantly thinking about what triggers these things when they do happen. I'm hypothyroid, so I wonder if the Synthroid kicks in around 2:00 pm. Thoughts on triggers (beyond alcohol & caffeine)?

A trigger could be too much sugar, or glucose.
