Yesterday was my first day. I got a really painful neck all night. Today (and yesterday) I have bloody nose blowing and notice the inner lining of the nose weeps blood and then scabs over. It does not actually bleed. Otherwise today I feel fine.
Advice appreciated as the advice I’ve found seems to be saying check back with the Dr.
