Trintellix - Did it work for your anxiety and Depression?

Hi,

I've just started Trintellix 5 days ago for GAD and major depression disorder.  I had 1 good day yesterday and back to bad day today.  I am on 5mg right now...my doc is being careful because last time I was on mirtazapine my liver enzymes went up.  Has anyone tried this med and did it work for your anxiety and how soon?

No I haven't tried it in fact I've never heard of it, I'm taking mirtazapine though, how did you know when your liver

enzymes went up?
