Dont know how to explain my symptons properly
But I just feel tripped out about everything in the inside and outside world.
Everything seems so busy in my mind but im doing nothing.
Hi! Are you on any medication at all? Have you seen a doctor about this. I struggle with anxiety, and know that feeling you're describing, although it is very hard to explain. It can be very overwhelming, I hope you're okay!

Im not taking meds I tried some ssri but didnt respond well. Ive seen 2 different pshschiatrist and they both perscribed me different classea of meds. Dont know which one to take and to be honest im scared to take either

I'm taking sertaline which is an ssri, after 4 weeks I'm still very up and down, but I'm sticking with it! It is scary to start taking medication, but doctors and psychiatrists are qualified, and if they think this medication is right for you it might be worth a try! With things like anxiety and mental health it seems like there is no quick fix, and sometimes things have to get slightly worse before they get better! But my thoughts have calmed down a lot since starting sertaline, and although I'm definitely not 'cured' but accepting help, and being willing to try medication is a step in the right direction!

Do you suffer with depersonalization/derealization aswell.
I have had moments of things and people not feeling real, or not feeling like I am myself! But I think that's been more of a side effect from the tablets as I felt it quite a lot in the rosy two weeks. !
You're right Boone Gould feel like this. Have you thought more about the medication? And what you might want to do?
See thats why im afraid of the meds as I know dissociation can be a side effect and im worried these symptons worsen. So i think im just going to take vitamins. My gp says they will work as I have pyrolle apparently the vitamins will act like the meds but in a more natural way and he says they will increase seritonin, gaba etc. Will see. I've had similar to this feeling years ago and I never took meds, did try them but again i didnt respond well. It was a battle but eventually I pulled through
