Trouble adding a different photo of myself to the site

Hi All!

Just tried updating with a new photo of myself and can't seem to get anywhere with it. It was simple the last time. Any tips?

1. Click on My Account

2. Click on View My Profile

3. Click on your picture

4. A popup box will let you upload a new picture

I keep trying, but I get nowhere clicking on the colored square. My former photo disappeared and was replaced with my green square when I tried to update my photo this morning. Since then, I can't make it work.

Any suggestions?

When you click on your picture, or in your case the green square, a box should pop up (picture attached).  Do you see such a box appear when you click the green square?

Something should happen:

a. the box pops up; or 

b. you get some kind of browser message that a popup was blocked

If the latter, then you have to allow the popup or turn off your blocking.

I followed what your said and FINALLY was able to get it done!🙌😁😊🙌

Our TV was acting up, too, and wouldn't delete recordings as I wanted.😵

I'm a very, very NON-GEEK. My husband, like you, is MY own personal GEEK (math professor, musician, electronics whiz, computer guy). He, unfortunately is dealing with very annoying and painful Shingles which is rendering him powerless against pretty much everything, poor guy.😱😵😰
