Trouble sleeping, anxiety?

Hi. I can't sleep right now and it's almost 6 :00 a.m. I usually go to sleep earlier than that but today I'm staying up later than usual and my panic attacks are starting to happen where my brain is foggy, tingled feet sensations and it's keeping me awake now since I feel like I might die. Will I be okay? I really want to sleep peacefully and not keep myself awake for the entire day. Please help.

hey shanny, trust me everything will settle down. we have energy trapped inside our body, and lots of people experience this, and I have energy in my chest, which ive dealt with for about 4 years. (just now alleviated) It feels like im suffocating, or like my hearts about to explode lol, like im about to grab my heart like they do in the movies. Im just now coming to realization that its my passion, my fear, my adrenaline, my hopes for whatevers bothering me. Trust me, you’re evolving as a human, and you’re gaining perception. Grasping new vision and that vision releases adrenaline like Nos in a twin turbo 2JZ engine. Adrenaline is intense i know. But when its released when we are ready for bed or when we are calm. It makes our brain seriously think we’re gonna die. It’s a chemical that tells our brain we need to fight/flight/freeze something..but we have no idea what that something is.. so we focus it on something that could possibly be wrong in our body. it could be any simple thing, as like getting close sensation of a different position of laying down which causes you to feel a certain circulation of blood flow to our feet. Trust me your brain and heart are strong and very smart, they know what to do. It’s just at moments you focus on that super complicated weird thing your body does, and you can feel it almost too well..with adrenaline lol. ways to fix this can take time, but i hadnt learn how to solve my panic attacks until i learned how to turn on some “theta waves” on youtube, and really just focus on the audio and tuning out the outer vibrations that cause your thinking and worry. it doesnt have to be a personal issue. It could be the loud fan downstairs or the ringing of an old tv. all of these things are very important with how well you can tune all these vibrations when you have nothing to think but the fact theres something wrong. You’re brain and body should always deserve to be at bliss and sleep calmly, but its for you to try and try on evolving and just learning about anything and everything that makes you whole. whichever it is, cooking, playing video games, or whichever, that energy will learn to exit, but you must break habits and know which rituals cause mishap or things you like doing everyday, but know you could be better without. I started watching anime, and videos about cars. back then while I stayed up eating chips and grease food. until i started doing pushups and situps for a couple hours when i couldnt sleep, thats when i started feeling superiour, waking up at 6 am ready to be fun and see what else comes my way, my dog wants to play fetch, or I wanna draw, it depends. but your anxiety is only energy trapped, causing an illusion. It cant hurt you i promise. only tricks
