I have had a run of good days and was really feeling like I was making progress, but the last few days have been the some of the lowest most anxiety ridden days I have experienced in a while. I know I am to expect the bad days and tell myself there will be better days to come on the horizon but I just have a hard time doing this when I feel so low. There is no direct cause I can put my finger on other than sleep issues but that is always an issue. Just so tired of having to feel crappy for no apparent reason. I feel like I am burdening family and friends when I have such down attitude and no enthusiasm, just wish I could get back to normal. No real discussion here, just want to say this sucks.
Yes it sucks but hang on in there and think what your lovely days are like, You will get there x
Andrei123, Hi My name is Renee I just wanted to tell you that its very normal to have good days and then some bad days, I have learned that if on the bad days you dont stress about them cause it only makes it drag on longer. Dont let it stop you from doing things you want to do just do them anyway even though you feel bad and this will train your body that your ok even when you feel this way and the more you do this pretty soon your body will learn to react with out all those stress hormonds because your not worring about them. This really works. Ive had this for over thirty years and just the last few years have learned how to do this and it has helped so much . I read a couple of books that really helped me. Renee

Andrei,
dont give up, anxiety is a sneaky little illness that likes to let you think things are going okay so you let your guard down a bit and bang it gets you. Happened to me today, fine all day then I was doing the dishes and bamb headache, tight chest, shallow breathing, eyes straining and a mind full of nasty. My first reaction was instinct to go for pain (my dumb old way of trying to control) but my training kicked in and I breathed, counted each breath and calmed a bit down, then and only then did I take a diazepan to help regain full control. As for sleep issues try calms they are good and meditation, good luck and let me know how you get on
