I have recently had an issue with my local Jobcentre. I called the generic DWP contact number and asked for the name of the manager at my local Jobcentre. I was told that they were unable to give out specific names? I also asked for the name of the area manager and was also told they are unable to give out this information. Is this right?

What you’ve been told is true, I’m a former employee.
If you wish to complain you can make a complaint over the phone using that number, there’s a specific team and procedure in place who will deal with the complaint.
You just need to refer to the date/dates of your issue and which job centre it was.
