Hi guys, I feel dizzy, lightheadedness, headache and pressure on the head. Is this anxiety? Or something more serious? Please help because im scared

Anxiety mixed with allergies and sinus problems? Could be a reaction to your environment (moldy, or dust)? or perhaps your meds ? The dizziness could be from inner ear problems or eye problem? The only way to know for should is to get to the doctor and get checked out

I've had similar symptoms as yours I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and felt breathless also. You could try the blow in the bag technique to ease your anxiety and agree with the others  best visit your GP who can reassure you it's nothing to worry.

I doubt it's dangerous. What is dangerous is not getting it checked out to see what the problem is. Your mood could deteriorate further and anxiety could get worse. Don't you want to know what it is for sure? I don't know what meds you are on or how sinus and allergy meds might interact with whatever anxiety meds you are currently taking. That could be dangerous. So see a doctor before guessing at what to take for the pain and other symptoms. I think everyone would agree the doctor is your best option

All the same symptoms m'love! Anxiety do what I did and get your eyes tested though! I found out I'm short sighted and that could be the cause of mine but it's all anxiety love. We are all here though so don't panic! we all go through the same stuff!

Helli, i dont take any meds, i nver been visited to any doctors, I have sinus, could it be the reason why i have headaches, can it be dangerous?

Yes, I have bad headaches due to sinuses and allergies. It's pollen season and the headaches are very strong to to point of being migraines. If you are not taken meds, usually ibruprofen or Advil cold and sinus will get rid of the headaches. Not dangerous.
