Can anyone help everyday I get tummy discomfort which makes my anxiety worse I have lose bowels only when on a period which seems to be worse on a period but feels different to period pains it’s like a discomfort no heavy bleeding some foods seems to give me tummy ache Docs says ibs but haven’t had a proper diagnosis yet I’m waiting to see a gastro doc which I had to beg my doctor for does anyone else got ibs and what symtoms to you get

I have suffered with same since 2011. IBS is a trash can diagnosis. Seeing your GI is the best. Fortunately, I had an ERCP in October and fixed the issue. So many years of suffering and 7 GI docs later was finally fixed. It may be IBS but it could be more. I dont want to scare you but I feel your pain. Have any of your labs come back abnormal and if so, which ones?
I have IBS and I started with constipation, generalised stomach pain that moved about, loose stools, nausea and back ache. My stool, urine and celiac tests, and ultrasound was normal.
