Help My bowels are gurgling none stop..its driving me mad
If you're not hungry, it could be a symptom od IBS. Do you have any other symtoms, such as passing mucus?
I have lower abdominal pain as well... no mucus .Had diahreah last n night though x
I could well be IBS, or a slight bug. Best speak to your GP to be on the safe side if symptoms persist
