Hello,
I am currently taking five turmeric pills every time before I go to sleep. I have took them for two nights only but with today, I have took the turmeric pills three time. The pills are not measured in mg (not like 50 mg). They are more of a small nut size turmeric pill. Some thing like this:
I don't know how it is weighed out but on the bottle it had instructions on how I should take it and what I should take it for. The bottle said I should take it at night 5 times before going to bed. I am currently taking turmeric pills for stomach problems (not menstruation) such as inflammation. However the first night I took the pills, I woke up with a dead arm (right arm), it was like paralyzed. I had to lift it up and slap around so it would "wake up". I am really scared and worried, what should I do?
