Turn head quickly, brain pop?! Help

Anyone had this?? I just turned my head quickly and I felt like a pop/pull/burst in my brain! Is this normal?

I’ve had this its a tendon in my neck that pops, most likely thats what happened. If it gives you a lot of pain you can always get it checked but more then likely its nothing.

thanks but the pain was like in my brain, back of my head near my ear? health anxiety is in overdrive

its not in your brain, but most likely in your neck caused by joints stretching when u turn your head.
. fluids in there become gas making the joints pop.
not harmful.
