TURP and ejaculation/semen

Had TURP about eight years ago. I don't ejaculate like before the surgery. Semen doesn't come out. Any chances I will get a woman pregnant?. Your opinion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I would think you can’t but I’m not a DR. If you’re worried make sure your partner is on the pill or get a vasectomy.

You’re never going to ejaculate and therefore can’t get a woman pregnant

You still ejaculate, just that nothing comes out at the penis tip. Thefore there is still a chance that it may leak out, eventhough very small, and imprenate another female.
