Twitches all over

Does anyone suffer with twitches in calves, thighs, stomach etc?

Hi loko,

If you suffer from twitches or cramps, it could be a lack of magnesium. Most people today lack magnesium due to the use of chemicals sprayed on the crops.

Yes from time to time. With anxiety, your fight or flight response is activated and twitches can result. Drink plenty of water, minimize caffeine, meditate and most of all, Relax.

Yes I do.

Yes very common with anxiety and stress.  I’ve had them all my life starting in my twenties.   I’m in my fifties now.  They are harmless when caused by anxiety and stress.  Have a checkup with your doctor for your peace of mind.

Relax and try to reduce your anxiety by calming your mind.

Great anxiety and breathing meditations on you tube!   😁❤️

Omg i do all the time its are nerves over acting i think.

Thanks guys it's reassuring I'm not the only one. Googling twitches gives the worst case scenario which is als which I'm absolutely dreading! I saw GP who wasn't concerned but checked my bloods, magnesium and potassium normal, slightly lower than average vit D but not enough to cause my symptoms. I saw neurologist month ago who said it's anxiety and said I don't need any further investigation. I'm still dreading sinister neurological diseases. Apart from twitches that are mainly in calves thighs and stomach I have buzzing/vibrating feeling in one leg. Anybody has anything similar? It happens every day with me am I the only one?

I get that too.  And it is unsettling but it has gone away at times then back again mine moves to new spots but only lower legs feet and have had in fingers a couple times. I started magnesium turmeric and lipic acid daily I think this helps but has not been a cure
