Twitching

I have been suffering from twitching all over my body for approximately four months, I was diagnosed with Tietze's Syndrome in early January, but prior to that I was thinking it was something to do with my heart as the syndrome is based around the breast bone area near the heart.

I still have thoughts in my head that it is something to do with my heart, which I believe is coming from anxiety that im going through.

The twitching all over my body can last minutes to hours, and im having problems stopping it.

Does anyone else suffer from this twitching and also does anyone have ways of making it stop or at least make it a bit more manageable?

Hello James

What caused you problem were you doing sport or just pull on the rib cage.

You know the problem will clear given time, I understand regards the condition signposts so if you are still worried talk to your GP in the morning if on the off chance you feel it is caused by something else

Just take it easy it will sort itself out, has yur GP given you any NSID medications ??

It is just anxiety. When you have anxiety twitching can occur ANYWERE. I had twitching in my chest and so MANY other places. Once you calm down the twitching should stop. But don't worry about, or more twitching may occur.
