I schedule my surgery in July for the end of the year to take advantage of our Christmas break at work. Now I have a cold and may not be able to have my surgery on Wednesday. My deductible has been met and if I do not have this surgery on Wednesday I'm going to have to cover that cost again....Can anything go right these days???
Hey I hear you John! I almost had to reschedule my November THR. I was going through tremendous stress. Am glad I didn’t have to for the same reason as you.

Hi John, if it is a cold, then get lots of sleep, make yourself a honey ginger lemon tea and sleep. By Wednesday you will probably feel better. If you do not have a temperature, they will probably go ahead. Best of luck.
Usually as long as you don't have a temperature, they will still operate. I find two teaspoons of clear honey in hot water with lemon dries you up. Good luck I hope it goes ahead.
