Two separate bits of infection in throat?

I have had (pretty mild, this time) tonsillitis (for the eighth time in just over a year - I'm getting them out in a month, thankfully), however the separate bit of infection further back than my tonsils in my mouth was worrying me? Can someone please identify it and put my mind at ease? I have attached a photo.

I have this too! I have strep throat but the doctor didnt say what these lumps were. Mine are pretty giant and theres no pus visible like yours. Theyre going down with the antibiotics. Maybe a trip to the doctor is needed
