Two small whiteheads/bumps on inner labia majora HELP!b

I felt 2 bumps last night on my vulva (labia majora) and investigated to find these two bumps. i havent had sex outside my marriage but my spouse does get cold sores. They are a little tender because ive been inspecting them and touching them, but they dont itch like a yeast infection or anything. i havent noticed pain or tingling or fever. I dont know what to think. you also cant see them very well, unless i pull the labia out as i have. when theyre not pulled out, they look more flesh colored. I cant tell if theyre ingrown hairs or abnormal pustules from i dont know what. im scared to death, couldnt sleep all last night. any thoughts are helpful.

Yes! I had a full STD panel conducted including antibody testing for HSV and the swab test for my lesions. My lesions were negative for HSV1 & HSV2, but the blood test was positive for HSV1. The level of antibodies I have suggests an older infection of HSV1, so I could have been exposed as a child and am asymptomatic. Either way, the lesions swabbed were broken in part and did not come up positive.

The lesions i thought were herpes never broke open, they never crusted, They just stayed white papule like and hard. Now theyre completely gone. I will continue to monitor my vagina for what may look like herpes, but statistically I was exposed in youth, I dont get cold sores so im asymptomatic for cold sores, my spouse has herpes cold sores and could have shed anytime to me during oral sex. Just most people are subclinical or asymptomatic. I could be either or, IMO. The second doctor that saw me (I got a second opinion on my initial “inclusion cyst” diagnosis) and agreed that they were inclusion cysts. He said I need to stop shaving so close to the skin, He sees it often. He was certain they were not herpetic and gave me the swab sample anyway. Im ok with the diagnosis, I mentally prepared myself for as many outcomes as I could. If youre interested in anything else, let me know

happy to hear! since you have hsv1 prob since childhood more then likely you wont get it from oral unless he has an active cold sore and you know to stay away. i get those cyst too and they are a literal pain. !
