Two very rarr symptoms being dismissed due to health anxiety

Hi , someone please help to ease my mind . I hope this is just anxiety but I have two very odd body symptoms that doctors can not diagnose , one being pain in middle back occasionally after drinking alcohol , it feels like a gallbladder attack but that was removed so I know not that , another symptom undiagnosed is a reoccurring rash on my back that looks like blood spots under the skin . I was given a platelet count test and dismissed as possible trauma that I’m not aware of . 

Tonight after one glass on pimms my back pain came on so strong that I had to jump in the shower to make it go away . After about 20 mins it went away , I done the usual and started researching and found a few people on different sites answer that this was a rare symptom of their Hodkins lymphoma . Of course I looked up a medics site on lymphoma and found that a symptom of lymphoma in the bone marrow is a blood rash under the skin . I have been to the doctors about pain after drinking and told my chest sounds clear and I should seek help for anxiety . my blood test are also good BUT as we all know from our constant worry cancers don’t always show on blood test . Can someone please tell me I’m not crazy for thinking lymphoma or better yet I am crazy for thinking lymphoma ?

You need to get a blood test done. Just listening into your chest is insufficient. Has the dr checked your pancreatic and liver enzymes? You need a complete blood screening to check for anaemia and a raised white cell count. I do not think it is purely all down to anxiety but it is treatable.

 I would request a scan of your pancreas and liver . DEFINITELY do not drink any alcohol.

I used to have red purple bruises on legs just once. Horrified me! This before I know anxiety..the build up. Look like someone fully punched. Never appear like that again due to anxiety.. Only normal grey/ brown bruises. It does had an effect bodily skin.and can recover quickly.

Thankyou so much for your reply , yes blood test has been done and all clear . Pancreas , liver , spleen and full blood count . This is why I can’t shake the lymphoma thoughts many webs say undetected with bloods . am I over reacting ? Pain after a drink is not normal I’m sure and that blood rash had to be from something .

Thankyou for the reply , unfortunately this blood type rash has happened on about 5 occasions . Never diagnosed or any cause found . Hence me thinking lymphoma .. scared
