Two weeks out

2 weeks post op. Walking ok, extension ok, but flex only at around 90. Starting outpatient pt next week . Am I on a similar track?  Frightened about forcing the stretching. 

You're perfect and dont FORCE! Range improves as swelling goes down. Chris had a BIG thread on flex n bend.

That doesn't sound anything to be concerned about at all Islandmailman (love your name!).   It WILL come.  We're seeing very different approaches by physios on here - some are getting people to the point of tears, whereas some are doing the gently gently approach, and I hope you'll get the gentle one LOL!  But 90 at two weeks is certainly nothing to be worried about!!!!  I had 115 at 3 weeks and was told I was one in a hundred (I have hypermobility) so you sound way ahead of many!  You need to go at your own pace though and just do it steadily.  But I'd say you're well on track:-))))
