Hi all, I have been having issues with sneezing and allergies of late, but I have noticed two small white growths inside my nose on nasal vestibule. They have been there approx 2 weeks, and has been some blood at night (however I may have been picking in my sleep). It isn't itchy, I tried scraping at it (silly i know) causes quite a bit of pain.. I am hoping its just inflammation related, but worried it could be something else. Many thanks in advance. Adam
