32 yr old male here.
Have had this white spot at the back of the glans, just above where the corona curves, for some time now. it doesnt itch, theres no discharge or sensitivity. Sometimes it looks bigger and other times smaller.
ive always assumed it was a tyson gland. i have those on either side of the frenulum. but this one is located higher.
do tyson glands grow in that region as well? could it be a fordyce spot? ive attached pictures.
The photos you have posted are not clear
So yes, there are a variety of glands that can develop in this area - it could be any of these such as the Tyson’s, some refer to them in the area as Parafrenular Glands - if it has been there for some time and it is not developing further to cause an issue then it is most likely a natural gland or Fordyce Spot
