Tyson glands? Warts? PPP?

around the underneath of my penis head there is these bumps growing I dont know what they are they've been there about a week and a half or less I also have 3 bumps around my frenulum 2 on the left and 1 on the right. can somebody please give me some info on this.??! camera is zoomed in for better view

James, the photos you have posted are exactly ideal to comment on. It would have been useful to know your age?
What you appear to have is the ‘boundary’ between where a normal PPP would develop and what you actually have going on is a little more blurred that you would normally get.
As they have not been there very long it would seem they are likely to become more distinct - some may become the likes of Tysons Glands.
The cluster you have in photo 2 suggests the skin is not developing as it normally would - not that this is likely to be unusual - we are all individuals in terms of how our surface skin develops and this is particularly true of both male and female genitalia
Unless you are over the age of 40 I would have no concerns as to what you have going on - the specialist that would give you a professional opinion is a Urologist - and again, with the age thing, if you happen to be certainly under the age of 29 or 30 your penis will still be developing naturally anyway
