im constantly having adrenaline sensation in my stomach and its making me feel ugh all over. trying to ignore it and that isn't working. mornings is so bad but it just lingers all day long. anyone else have this and what helps?
lots of people get this, including me. is there something causing you stress.
i get exercise, eat healthy, stay hydrated, . listen to very calming meditations on you tube for anxiety. i listen at night in bed.
if i wake up in middle of night, or feel anxious in the am, i play them too.
one i like is called Its OK by lauren ostrowski. very soothing.
do things that relax you and counseling can really help ! ![]()
