Somebody warned me about this programme and I watched it on Catch Up tv yesterday and it was TOUGH!! As usual, a superbly balanced approach by Louis and the people involved were very different but all had big health problems if they did not stop. A few of them of doubt will not stop at all I think and were lost souls but one guy did....I had to stop later watched it since it was so hard and quite sad. Any comments? Robin
I think most comments are on the other thread that was started.
Louis Theroux always attacks the heart of the problem. It is hard to face the truth of what alcohol does to you. I hope it helped you a bit.

IT did Richard and I was not at all at such a low level when I decied to stop...these people were REALLY struggling but still a good programme.
he is a bit of a shock jock don't you think with all the groups that he encounters.
