So basically my foreskin doesn't pull all the way back because it is attached to the glans (not frenulum) I am 16 years old and every time I go search it up frenulum comes up, today i noticed smegma but i couldn't pull my foreskin back to clean it, my penis head is a bit stinky so I just want it clean
Hi John it is important to be able to clean underneath the foreskin. it sounds like you have phimosis I presume you have it a while you may also have a balanitis infection if it’s inflamed and sore. you really should see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment with some cream for both
