Unable to make toilet

HI, I have been suffering this for some time. when i need to go i only get 2 minutes to get to a toilet otherwise is comes away from me. its not diarrhoea it is formed. I feel physically sick and so unwell when this happens. does anyone have anything similar. many thanks

Do you get agonising spasm like pain beforehand too?

Do you have pellet like poos which are hard to pass? And does it take a while to do this while still having pain?

I have very bad irritable bowel syndrome and I get very constipated and have very bad diarrhea and the pain is very difficult to get through

HI, not been offered herrhomoidectomy, what is this. ive only been given the camera which came back normal. And all stool samples clear. I have no life with this condition no one can give me an answer to what this could be. i need to have my car cleaned nearly every week because i cannot hold my bowel movement and even worse if im in a shop/supermarket it just comes away from me which is regular ocurrance .
How does people cope. Any help / advice really appreciated.
