hi, so ive been doing a lot of research on this (image attached) and it would make sense if it is the ingrown hairs but its never happened. I have sex and my boyfriend makes me cum which is just pee so im wondering if that started the bacteria growth that caused this and i had just shaved. My skin is already sensitive to the shave but i dont know. I'm aware it takes time to heal but its really painful. ive put nesporin on it and it helps just a bit. And im ashamed of how bad it looks. Does it looks doctor worthy ?

Did you have unprotected sex? If it was me honestly I would go to the Dr. and get tested.
Especially if you’re in pain and you’re uncomfortable. Get an appt asap. Sometimes certain clinics will do testing for free.
Do see a doctor or find your nearest STI clinic. This needs to be swabbed for a proper diagnosis and treatment.Does your partner wear a condom?
