i sometimes get this urge to stretch my whole body like it’s an irritating feeling in my body, like if I don’t stretch I get this weird feeling .. do you know what that could be? It’s like an on and off thing not constantly I had it before havinf my baby but during pregnancy it didn’t happen much but now it’s back again.. it’s so weird
maybe your muscles just need it sometimes. It’s nothing to be concerned about. Stretching is actually very good for your body.
