Im 17 and i just noticed under my foreskin that i have these white pimple like (bacteria? infection?) bacteria under this. Im curious and anxious to know if this is normal. If not, are there ways to remove this or do i have to go to a doctor to have it removed? Photos attached are for reference, Splashed a little bit of water so you can see it clearly as it doesnt get noticed that much without liquid around my foreskin
Hi they look like Tyson spots some guys have them they are sebaceous glands usually found at either side of the frenulum. Do you have any pearly penile papules around the rim of the glans? Your glans are quite pale in colour is it usually that way. If you are concerned about the spots then you should have them checked with your doctor.
