You have posted in Hyper section but your subject is Hypo !
If you are Hypo do you mean TSH 16.7 ? if so it's too high.
If you are taking Thyroxine it should be 1 or below.

Never heard of b58 hormone, it's nothing to do with thyroid as far as I am aware.
Nothing shows on google either.
Could you be misreading it ?
