I don't know what else to do. I have been dealing with pain under my left ribs for 4 years. It was always on and off but since January this year it's started with diahorrea for 4 months then turned to severe pain and diahorrea till today. I have had an endoscopy, colonoscopy, breath test, 5 ultrasounds, pelvic scan, barium test, blood test, stool tests and urine test. All the test were normal apart from a small fibroid. But I am always in pain. The abdominal pain goes to the back, shoulder blade, hip and neck of the left side of my body. Sometimes I feel too weak to do anything and shaky. I just wanna lay down. My doc said he doesn't know what else to do for me but he said will keep investigating. Any body have been through this?
If all the tests came normal, then it could be dyspepsia ( indigestion), which is generally characterised by epigastric pain.
You should take a second opinion from a gastroenterologist.
