Undiagnosed Health Issues

I am a 22 year old male and I have been having various health issues the last 5-6 months that have been undiagnosed so far. First I had pain in my left buttock region. Then I started having night sweats only on my legs. Then I started having pain in my right buttock region, in addition to the night sweats on my legs and left buttock pain. I had a low WBC count early on, though that has gone back up to normal. I have ruled out many infectious diseases, arthritis/joint stuff, gotten an MRI, CT scan, and X-Rays of the region showing nothing. In addition, I have had hip pain on both sides with my bones seeming to pop and not be as flexible as they used to be. The only abnormality in my blood testing has been a high Vitamin B12 level of over 1600. I've also been sick way more than ever in my life, 4 times in 8 months when normally it is once a year or so. If anyone has any input or suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

since you've made a lot of tests... why didn't you speak with the doctors?

don't try to figure it out by yourself. for your symptoms there may be a lots of reasons.

see a doctor, tell him what's bothering you and then let him do his job.

Yes I have seen many, thank you. Just trying to do my own research as they have been unsuccessful.

Hmm... I see, that's very unfortunate but very common with these kind of diffuse and changing symptoms.

It's hard to find any cause if there's no clear indication.

I don't think I can be of any help here since I've never met you it would be unprofessional to give any advice concerning your problems.

Try to find doctors that take your problem seriously but make sure you're always aware of what it is that's bothering you. Ask yourself: what are your concerns

I mean there is no one that does not have a headache from time to time... but do they see a doctor because of that?

I hope you'll find your answer soon
