For the past two months i’ve been experiencing extreme fatigue, loss of appetite, muscle weakness (mostly in my neck) and occasionally my heart will beat very fast. i was exposed to Mono however my doctor doesn’t think that’s what causing my symptoms. all my basic lab work has come back normal. what could these symptoms be?
