After sexual intercourse with a female I started experiencing certain symptoms. I did where protection but for whatever reason it didn't work. In the following days I experienced a burning sensation that lasted a few days, my testicles were hurting and I woke up with this build up on the tip of my penis and forskin which formed white spot formations that were easily washed off. Lastly there was no discharge as such but when looking in the urethra there was a constant wetness which wasn't like that before the encounter. The pain and burning stopped after a few days but I still get this build up on the penis and the urethra still looks wet (no discharge actually comes out). I had sti tests which came back negative for everything, I've had swab tests and bacterial urine tests which did not finding anything whilst also seeing numerous health professionals. Has anyone experienced this or can shed any light on this. The swab test did identify certain bacteria which i can post if needed but the doctor said they weren't a concern even though he had to consult a colleague. Any help would be much appreciated.
It is a common on and off thing. Sometimes the burning sensation could be because of dehydration. So drink lots of water.
Your tests r clear. You should relax. Your urethra is slightly sensitive and might be a bit inflamed, which isn’t a big deal.
Your doctor might write you a course of antibiotics if need be.
Ensure penile hygiene. Wash with mild soap and warm water daily.
