I'm 16 and about 2 weeks ago I've noticed I've started to put more weight on my left sit bone or butt bone, whatever you call it. It doesn't cause pain but it does cause discomfort. Could anxiety cause this since I tense up a lot? I think I pulled a muscle and hoping that that is the cause. Please give advice, my anxiety is making me think I have cancer.

If you’ve been putting more weight on the left side, it’s very possible you could have strained a muscle. Please don’t automatically think of the worst case scenario because that is highly unlikely. . The fact that you have been putting more weight on that side indicates it’s way more likely that this is muscle related. like a strain.
Try to keep the weight off of that side and see how it feels. If it doesn’t go away have a visit with your doctor to see if you have a muscle strain. There are easy remedies for that.
