Hi i've been dealing with hemorrhoid for over 1.5 years. i have two external hemorrhoids currently. i frequently get BM that "fall apart" when it hits the toilet water, but not true diarrhea. i'm 32 years old, female. If i have solid BM, i have no issues with the pain im describing in the next sentence. however, when i have diarrhea i get this constant dull pain on the left side of my inside butt cheek approximately 1cm away from my anus. it hurts to sit, and if i press the area, is tender. its kind of like pressing a bruise. there seems to be an small internal bump 1cm big when i touch the area. the pain will last for 3-5 day and go away. no bump on the right butt cheek. has anyone experience this pain? or know what it is. My doctor thinks its internal hemorrhoid. i was going to go to a specialist, but the reviews of the clinic wasn't great, so i cancelled for now. plus im not sure if what im feeling is an internal haemorrhoid. could it be an abscess? it's not puffy, nor inflamed, but i cant think of what else it could be. Help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
