Ok so ive had a lump on my skin near my coxis for well over a year now, its red and bleeds frequently (enough to go through underwear and trousers ) i have no idea what it is and since its in an awkward place id rather not go to my GP, i do have a picture that im willing to show if needed

No, it always seems to stay around thr same size and colour though sometimes it feels deflated
See your doctor though it will probably be a cyst or a lipoma. My wife ignored a cyst and it eventually became infected and caused her a lot of trouble.

You did not get any type of insect bite or sting at any time? When abroad once a strange thing bit me on the chest causing quite a bit of bleeding. Turned out it had burrowed its way in and caused a lump. When I had some limpomas removed they dug this thing out.
No im pretty sure it isnt an insect bite i think it is a cyst like you said
