Ive had this rash for sometime. I have never felt any pain but it does itch frequently. Sometimes the skin will get dry and rough like its chafing. I also feel itchiness in my anus area relatively frequent as well. ive never noticed any blisters or sores . The bumps also dont look like typical herpes. !
