Unknown stomach issues for the past year and a half, please help!

Hello, I am a 21 year old male currently 145 pounds, 6 ft tall, I bounce back between Kansas City and Saint Louis. I have been dealing with a stomach issue for the past year and a half or so with no success of diagnosis. It started out when I was camping and ended up vomiting on the trip. After this my stomach begin to hurt very frequently until eventually in January it got very bad. I went from 200 pounds to around 150 pounds by April/May. I have been to three different doctors at this point and have had majority of the stomach tests done. The only things that have shown up is that I indeed have inflammation in my stomach. There is a very slight delay of the digestion of food. My symptoms include acid reflux, nausea, feeling hot, sensitive to external stimuli, clammy, feeling of something stuck in throat, watery mouth. Although I have only thrown up once, there are many times where I could have but just forced myself not to. It is worth noting that I also have celiacs disease and have followed a strict gluten free diet for many years. Also, I have been taking ADHD medication for almost a decade now. My current doctor has suggested that I try getting off of them. I currently take pantoprazole for the acid reflux and zofran(ondansetron) for the nausea. My quality of life has greatly been effected by this. Nothing has seemed to work. Given that even eating healthy and relatively small amounts of foods has still resulted in feeling this way I have developed a bit of an eating disorder. If anyone has experienced anything similar to this or may know of somewhere to look please let me know. I have gotten to the point of not knowing what to ask or where to go for help.

I suggest you to use natural remedies than other medications..I also have stomach problems like tenderness and under ribs pain…I drink fenugreek turmeric ginger fennel thyme apple cider vinegar cloves myrrh and green tea…everyday I drink almost 2 remedies with warm water…You boil water then after boiling put like cloves wait for 2 to 3 hours. Then drink..I still have some problems but the most remedy helped me us fenugreek with warm water and honey…Hope you got benefited.

That’s a good point. I have been drinking ginger, mango ginger, peach ginger tea just about every day. I usually rely on tea, alka selzter, tums, and zofran to ease the pain. i will try some of the other remedies you listed.
