Ive had these spots for about 1-2 months ive been all STD Tested and it all came back negative . ( Still uneasy about it ) my primary sent me to urologist under "lesion" . my urologist has now sent me to a dermatologist . seems like i am been handed over to the next doctor because they dont know . multiple spots UNDER the penis head no itching slight pain ( like its growing ) and not all the time no foul smell no discharge ... help before i loose my mind

The Pearly Penile Papules are the ones on the rim / corona of the Glans / Head of your penis - you ONLY talking about the bumps below the head …
By stretching the skin in the way you are in the photos this makes Fordyce Spots more noticeable - as I say, I am most surprised the Medical Professionals did not know what these were. So, should you have something else going on keep an eye out for changes to these …
So far my primary called it a Lesion and my Urologist as well . They havent called it a fordyce spot yet . My guess is the dermatologist i see in 2 weeks has the final word on what it is ?

They look like pearly penile papules to me. A dermatologist may provide you with more accurate diagnosis. Usually, the dermatologist leaves those bumps alone, because they don’t cause any health problems. In serious cases, your dermatologist may suggest laser therapy. So, go to see your dermatologist and remember not to pick at the bumps or pop them.
